LIARS and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, went in for battery replacement, was told to come back after 45 min, gave them and hour. Upon arrival I was told they need 10 more min, "ok, everything good?", yes Ebony responds. Come back in 15 min later and she comes out and says "there's a problem!"! Really!? How convenient after you not only wasted my time but now straight lied to my face when originally asked. Some story how the battery they had was used but put back in the box. Great experience quick easy service great communication
The end of my iPhone charger broke and got stuck in my iPhone charger port. I stopped by for a very minor “fix”. They very quickly removed the piece that was stuck. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful! I’ll come back here for help if I have a serious issue that needs fixing. Thank you!
