"Sheila", at this store that I've been been going to for approx. 20yrs, is the most "knowledgeable, kind, caring and considerate" emplyoee that I've ever found in a business. To me, she is the "anchor" and reason why I buy ALL my batteries for my life. The products and prices are competitive, AND...an example is the Motorcycle battery for my 2003 Gold Wing. Worst customer service experience ever. They do not follow-up on special orders. They do not handle key fob replacements with any expertise.
Shopping online and picking up at the store was an easy experience. I was in a hurry for a trip that was planned, and the team had my order ready quickly and got me on my way.
Friendly. Good with warranty matters. Installed battery in my Jeep on a 115 degree Phoenix afternoon. All smiles.
