I messed up my online pickup order and the exchange was easy.
Maria and Sheila were fantastic and very patient with me. They set me up by verifying my battery type, picking out the tools for me, and taking my old battery. I just have came in about 20 separate times to ask a question in the process and they were fantastic answering all my questions. Thank you guys so much!

"Sheila", at this store that I've been been going to for approx. 20yrs, is the most "knowledgeable, kind, caring and considerate" emplyoee that I've ever found in a business. To me, she is the "anchor" and reason why I buy ALL my batteries for my life. The products and prices are competitive, AND...an example is the Motorcycle battery for my 2003 Gold Wing.
