They cut my car key that I brought in and saved me so much money, better at car key replacements than any other company in the entire city (and I called around and went into multiple places to get quotes on pricing). Will forever be grateful for them saving me hundreds.
Call asked a question and got hung up on. Rude service to say the least. Thats why nobody goes to battery plus anymore any way and just goes to bestbuy. YOU GUYS SUCK
PRICE GOUGING. They quoted me $300 to replace screen. When I called U break I fix just down the road, it was only $165 with a new frame and new battery. What a rip off.
The employee was completely obscured by his computer and made no effort to get up and help me. He was rude, offered one word responses and left zero impression that he was capable of fixing my cell phone screen. He was not friendly and not even trying to provide customer service.
