Call asked a question and got hung up on. Rude service to say the least. Thats why nobody goes to battery plus anymore any way and just goes to bestbuy. YOU GUYS SUCK
PRICE GOUGING. They quoted me $300 to replace screen. When I called U break I fix just down the road, it was only $165 with a new frame and new battery. What a rip off.
The employee was completely obscured by his computer and made no effort to get up and help me. He was rude, offered one word responses and left zero impression that he was capable of fixing my cell phone screen. He was not friendly and not even trying to provide customer service.
Booked an appointment online only to show up and have a kid tell me he emailed me to say they didn't have a technician in to fix it. No email. Last email from them is a "confirmed" email.
