Called about my phone not charging and getting a quote to get charging port replaced. talked with Tony he said to brig it in that the charging port my be dirty. When I arrived at 293 East 3300 South Tony and the crew were awsome great customer service and very friendly. Tony is very skilled and knowledgeable. After taking my phone for 5 min he found the port was dirty, and saved me some money. Thanks again Tony. Their job is the best work
12/23 the evening before Christmas Eve I was in here picking up a battery I ordered online. I wish I had gotten their names but all three guys working in this location were friendly and helpful with a good attitude. They helped me get the right battery I needed for my daughter’s Christmas gift and answered all my questions. Great job guys - hopefully management sees this and gives you guys a nice year end bonus.
Tony was amazing!!! My husband was having a terrible day and Tony was very patient and amazing!!! Plus, the phone got fixed very fast
