Brought my phone in with a clogged charging port. Left with a clean one. And they didn't charge me. Plus the store is full of cool useful stuff. Will definitely be back.

They are probably great, but the reason they get four stars from is because they do not replace batteries for Apple watches. Given that the procedure for replacing batteries for iPhones is similar enough, it seems intuitive that they would be able to do Apple watches as well, but no.
