Been here atleast 6 times. Great repairs every time.
The best phone fixers I have met yet. This was my second attempt to get my phone fixed. The first place wanted to charge me $100 to $200. They did not answer my questions so I walked out. The We Fix it people examined my phone for two minutes and then handed it back fixed and said “no charge”. Wow what a difference. He told me that my phone just needed to be reset and then taught me how to reset my own phone.
Jess helped me with my charging port, gave me good advice and help on how to fix it. Would highly recommend taking your phone here for repairs or even calling about knowledge/advice.
I have been in this place for the last 5yrs. Always I have been taken care of Today's problem was with my cell phone. One call Jess said bring it down let's check it out. Turns out he fixed it and in a timely manner. On something as personal as your cell phone. Due to my previous experiences I came in with hope and I left satisfied Jess and his Team had an awesome experience you can trust the Group of individuals that work here,a good experience to be had here definitely an asset to my Nieghborhood
