The attendant was very good, but company policy could use some help. All I wanted to do was recycle 2 ring batteries, but they wanted to charge me $2.49 a pound to do so. Thats not very recycle friendly. I just took them home and threw them in the trash. Lithium is a valuable metal and should be recycled. I tried to do my part but was prevented from doing so because someone wants to profit from both ends of the process.

Left my phone for battery replacement and returned an hour and a half later to find that the technician had checked for an S22 battery, not an S23, and thus it was not fixed since they did not have an S23 battery. Offered to order one or check with another store to see if they had one. Good customer service would have been to at least have checked with the other stores before I returned over 90 minutes later. Not an earth shattering issue, but it was poor customer service.
