I thought this was a reputable business as it's a chain. It's actually a complete scam shop. My son broke the home button on his iPhone SE. Their website says they can repair the phone and they literally have a sign next to their register saying fixed right the first time. I paid $70 for the home button to be replaced and a screen protector placed on the phone. When I went to pick it up I was told touch ID no longer worked. Would have definitely rated this place five stars as a result of Joshua's professionalism, initiative, and him trying to provide me with value for repeated business. The reason why I decided to rate this establishment two stars is because of the owner.. I wanted to talk to the owner to let him know how well Joshua assisted me and he didn't want to talk to me. That gave me insight into his character. I am really big on professionalism, quality service, and value.. #BADFORBUSINESS
