Took my iPhone in for a new battery. It wasn't long before I got a message stating it wasn't a genuine Apple product they installed. I didn't really think it was a big deal. However, it voided my iPhone warranty. It also didn't stay charged as long. Now I'm scrambling to get my battery replaced because it instantly quit working today. Very irritated. I went by today and of course they didn't have any replacements in stock and it wasn't warranted by them. Will not go back.

The phone I had was older then within the last couple of years.. So with that being said they didn’t have the phone screen that I needed and it wasn’t available with who they get parts from and couldn’t give me a time frame for when it would be ready cause they had to get higher up to approve to order the parts so, and for that phone I think they were wanting a little more than what I was going to pay to get it fixed!!
