I wish I could give a 0 star review. I called and MADE AN APPOINTMENT to get my ovine checked and possibly repaired, showed up 10 min before my appointment and the tech wasn’t there. He’d left for the day. I received confirmation for this appointment and everything so idk why there wouldn’t be someone here. Ridiculous. And the ARRROGANCE from the guy that was there when I walked in!? Looking at me like I’m dumb or something!? Crazy
Twice We Fix It provided us with excellent repair service, on (limited) time and at a reasonable cost. Their can-do attitude and their ability to make fixes that other places said they could not do makes We Fix It a go-to near miracle worker.
Easy appointment setting. Quoted $169 for replace screen on iphone12. Apparently they don’t review their appointments prior. They had to check IF they had any screens in stock and then figured out they didn’t have any aftermarket screens so it was going to be twice that price. No timeline on more screens to come in. No thank you. Batteries Plus swapped out the screen in 45 minutes for the $169 price instead.
Very nice! Cleaned my phone's charging port out. Professional and courteous!
