Went for a battery replacement of my phone. They broke my screen and damaged the wireless charging cable. They ordered a replacement screen and said they would try to expedite it, and that it would be no charge. The next day they said it was not expedited and would not be in for a week. The day after that they said it was not ordered at all, but then called back and indicated it would be there next business day. They replaced the screen, but did not fix the wireless charging coil. Brought my Samsung phone in today inoperable/broken screen. These guys were knowledgeable, polite, and had it fixed like new in under 3 hours. Very impressed, I highly recommend!
