Farrah saved me. I was in NJ on business and my phone turned off and wouldnt turn back on. It wouldn't charge and I was dead in the water in a state I wasn't familiar with. I made my way to BatteriesPlus and Farrah quickly identified what was wrong, replaced the battery inside the phone, and had me up and running in what seemed like 5 minutes, but probably more like 15 minutes. The best customer service I've ever received.
Great service! I had an issue with the charging port of my smartphone. Batteries Plus in Marlton cleaned it in minutes at no charge to resolve the issue.

So overall expierence i got was decent my phone was messed up internally so i had to get it repaired prior to repair gentleman was nice and welcoming couldnt complain after repair was done and i left the store i noticed my screen was slightly seperated from the phone ( like it didnt fit or the shell was broken ) but overall people are nice just wasnt expecting my phone screen to yk just come out
