I had a great experience at Batteries Plus thanks to Antonio. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed.. Which is all too common this day and age unfortunately. He repaired my phone so quickly and gave me some genuinely helpful advice that I appreciated, so I wanted to do this review. Dont go here. Lazy unprofessional guy was very rude and not helpful. As I was trying to look up the bulb on internet that I needed he also said "just ring it up cause we're basically closing."
Javier took care of a warranty problem promptly and was very friendly. I strongly recommend Batteries Plus for all your battery needs.
I stopped by Batteries Plus after another store told me I needed a completely new device. Turns out I only needed a battery replacement! They saved me hundreds of dollars and had everything fixed much quicker than expected.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Batteries Plus. I walked in stressed because my phone would barely hold a charge, and they quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the battery the same day. It feels like I have a brand new phone again without the expensive upgrade price tag.
