I dropped my MacBook 2020 off for just a simple battery replacement. The part came in when they originally told me; however, the battery was faulty. Despite this they went ahead and got me a working battery. Took a little bit of time due to them having to ship the part but not their fault at all. Kept me updated and handled it very well and will be recommending them for any other laptop batteries!!
It's not the fault of this particular store, but the Company CHARGES THE CUSTOMER to turn in batteries for recycling. That is the best way to ensure that EVERYONE PUTS THEIR BATTERIES INTO THE LANDFILL. This policy is quite greedy and quite stupid. They might as well stop their "recycling program" all together. The employee Knew EXACTLY I needed. He was very knowledgeable. I was in & out of the store within 10 minutes. It was GREAT !!!!!!
