Absolutely amazing !!!!!
With most places thinking customer service as being a thing of the past I have to say it was truly refreshing to be politely greeted, patiently assisted, and given an exceptional level of customer service from Nathan at the Suffolk location adjacent to College Drive. He even went as far as offering me a chair to comfortably sit in as I awaited the completion of my work being done. Thank you, Batteries Plus, for valuing a wonderful employee!
So today July 16th 2026 I went into Batteries Plus to figure out what was happening with my fob remote for my new truck and I met Chris (tall guy glasses) this gentleman's knowledge on what to do and his presentation and delivery of customer service made me definitely want to come back and I'm signing up for the lifetime of replacement batteries as well as a few other things that I needed. great guy at the counter( guy with man bun and a beard) very friendly and helpful
Shout out to Sam if I remember her name right. The ordeal couldn't have been more straight forward simple. I called her up and was leaving with my phone working all within a couple of hours and on short notice.
