Brad was an amazing. His customer service was exceptional.
Store Manager: Dave Jarrett at this location was wonderful. He has great listening ears to help with a resolution for the fix of your phone. Two separate instances I came to him distressed about my current phone. After talking with him, he had a speedy response resulting in a quick resolution for the need of my phone. Thanks for putting my mind at ease!
I'm very happy with the store. I will recommend them to my friends. Not only did they quickly fix my phone, they also gave me good advice to maintain it.
I was so pleased when I found out there was a repair shop for my phone near my home. The gentleman that serviced my phone was so polite and it took less than a hour. I would highly recommend them for phone repair!
