Try to purchase a battery for a vape.Told the attendant behind the counter.The model that I needed and what it was for and it didn't fit when I went back to let them know this.They turn around and informed me then that they don't sell batteries for vapes. Would have been friendly to know beforehand and I wouldn't have wasted my money
I went in person, and spoke to Brian over the phone. He is the only reason this store is getting more than one star. When we went in person after second time to get my boyfriend’s phone repaired, a man who refused to give his name was incredibly rude. He contradicted everything we had been quoted originally in-person and over the phone. You truly need to be sure the right people are working when you stop by or you will be treated poorly.
Carter and Brian were very helpful and replaced my laptop battery very quickly, even though the battery itself was difficult to get. Both were very professional and I've noticed no other issues with my laptop. Thank you guys again!
