Carter and Brian were very helpful and replaced my laptop battery very quickly, even though the battery itself was difficult to get. Both were very professional and I've noticed no other issues with my laptop. Thank you guys again!
I cannot believe the absolute nightmare my friend just went through with this so-called "phone repair shop." First off, they took way longer than promised—said it would be an hour, but my friend had to wait nearly four! And the guy at the counter had the nerve to act annoyed when they asked for an update.
