Took my phone here as directed by my insurance. My screen was cracked and shattered on the upper right side. Hamilton was the associate who took good care of me. I didn't know what to expect. I think after dropping my phone and the screen cracked it must have done something on the inside as well. My phone was not connecting properly, I was losing signal constantly. This location was very welcoming. I called the location prior to going and the owner Jimmy called me back immediately after the called was missed. His customer service over the phone was so wonderful and polite I decided to take the drive from pembroke Pines to his location. When I got to the store the staff Hamilton and Thomas greeted me as soon as I walked in and attended to my needs. I had scheduled an appointment so check in was quick and easy.
