I took my phone in as it had become increasingly insensitive to touch. I wish I had gotten the man's name who helped me. At first glance he thought it was the touch screen needing replacement. I was agreeable to having him replace it. After he took care of a couple other customers (the store was busy and he was the only one there today - Saturday), he took a closer look, moved some things around, pushed some buttons, and figured out that it wasn't the touch screen after all. I came in and received assistance right away. I got my phone fixed for the first time ever within an hour. It was an amazing experience today. I would recommend for everyone. I have an IPhone 14 and I only paid 239. Amazing price for a newer phone. Overall I’m happy and satisfied with the company and would continue to keep coming here. Thank you for your services.
