Was referred to you by the "you broke it" store. I took my Samsung phone in because charging port was not working. They said they would check it, took in another room and said the port was clean, no dust or durt. He said it would need to be taken apart. He asked me if I was paying for the repair out of pocket and I told him yes. He then told me that I needed to take it to Batteries+ because they were better at fixing it and cheaper than they were. These guys are great. You can bring your old battery in. They have batteries and bulbs for any situation. Phone accessories.

Not even one star!! One of the worst experiences I've had with employees of a store. Let me explain. When I pulled in to the parking lot of the Batteries Plus in FTC there was not another car in the parking lot. I admit that I parked sloppily, outside the lines. But again, I was the only car in the parking lot. While I was shopping for a battery with a great salesperson, a younger man who sold me a $180 battery, (Great guy BTW) two of the older salespeople at the store took a Batteries Plus truck and parked it within 4 inche... read more

Whoever the giant neckbeard dude behind the counter was, he was utterly and seditiously rude. I had to return a CR 2045 battery because they suggested the wrong replacement for my Ford Bronco. After figuring out the correct CR 2032 model for my car they then tried to sell me on a two pack of Duracells when I only need the one. After that they tried to get me to sign up for a subscription service so they could keep replacing them over and over again.
