I am so vary thankful for ( Denise ) here at this location with batteries plus. Not only did he replace the battery in my jeep, he had a great conversation that was meaningful regards everyday life. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. I had an unpleasant surprise when my car battery went dead overnight, and after getting it jumped so I could drive over here, they had it tested, diagnosed (failed cell), and replaced in under 30 minutes. The man who helped me was conscientious about cleaning the terminals and reassembly. I felt like he was knowledgeable and appreciated that he offered me a couple different price/warranty tiers to choose from rather than trying to push the top-shelf product.
