Mike was super helpful with my iPhone battery! I felt slightly stupid because the battery health Icon on my phone said it was at 88% but it was not acting such, it would not hold a charge more than four hours even on Low Power Mode so I called and Mike said they could repair it. I need my phone to work properly for my next hiking trip, so it was a relief to hear that they could fix it for me!
