I had a piece of a charging cable stuck in my phone and the sales representative fixed it in about 10 seconds. He was very friendly and helpful.
David Cragin, operations manager at the Pensacola location, gave us outstanding customer service. He was so knowledgeable and patient as he helped us resolve a problem in programming a keyless remote. Without his help we would have been stranded. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you, David.
