Great experience! The Batteries Plus in Pace didn't have the screen I needed for my Samsung S23 Ultra, but they immediately pointed me to their sister store in Pensacola next to the Po' Boys restaurant. I'm glad they did. I had called another large phone repair company in town that I've used before because they were also open on Saturdays, but they were surprisingly rude on the phone. Very friendly service, however- I needed my battery replaced, they told me 1 hour - 1.5hrs, I came in after an hour and a half and they hadn’t started on it. Went to Mobile Solutions and they did it in under and hour at half the price. I believe they’re normally better here, but this was my personal experience. Again very friendly though!

I dropped my S23 Ultra on the bottom corner of the screen and bent the frame. The back of the phone was also cracked as well as 1 camera lens. The guy that works there straightened the frame so he could replace the screen, replaced the back glass and camera lens in 1hr. Absolutely amazing I recommend this place for phone repair to anyone and everyone!
