I visited to have two iPhone Xr batteries replaced. When we returned to pick up our revived phones, only one had been upgraded as they only had one serviceable battery. The others were defective so only one of our phone’s batteries was replaced. It’s been 3-4 weeks now, and I am very disappointed in the battery performance. I still have to use a power bank by late afternoon, about the same as the original battery. Was given a price at the Easley store but I live closer to Clemson so I stated I would just order the part from Clemson. The Clemson store informed me that because they are a franchise, not a cooperate store the cost of the repair would be $15-$25 dollars more because franchise stores don't cover shipping, but cooperate stores do. So if you need something ordered I would save the money and go to a corporate store. I wish I had known this while in Easley. Clemson just lost me as a customer.
Chris was FABULOUS! He was quick, efficient, and professional! On top of that my phone repair was marvelous and saved me so much money! Highly recommend you guys coming to see him for your repairs before going anywhere else! Thank you again Chris if you read this!
