Customer service was phenomenal
I ran my Samsung S23 over with a semi truck absolutely obliterating my phones screen in the morning. I filled my insurance claim went here and had my screen replaced in about an hour after finishing work. If you need a phone fixed definitely come here.
TMobile insurance claim (Assurant) - I was directed there for an instant repair. Went through the process of picking the location, requesting the appointment and appointment approval. Rearranged my day, drove for an hour one way to find out that they actually don't have a component needed to do the repair!! but they can order it and I can repeat the two hour drive tomorrow :) because why not!!?? Not reliable!! Will not be going there again.
