TMobile insurance claim (Assurant) - I was directed there for an instant repair. Went through the process of picking the location, requesting the appointment and appointment approval. Rearranged my day, drove for an hour one way to find out that they actually don't have a component needed to do the repair!! but they can order it and I can repeat the two hour drive tomorrow :) because why not!!?? Not reliable!! Will not be going there again.

I’ve been here before in the past for iPad screen replacements, a few good experiences and one was more on the negative side but I moved past it and tried them again for an iPad battery replacement. The team was very responsive, quick appt, quick fix in only an hour and good quality. No complaints at all and very pleased with their work.
