Verizon sent me here .I drove 60 miles round trip. To find out they don't change batteries on Motorola .wasted day gas and time stay away from these clowns.
Everything was great! Just next time you could put the fixed product in a box or bubble wrap to prevent accidental breakage upon leaving your business. This is my second successful fix, great job!
