So I brought my phone in told me it be a day then end up a week later plus got told my battery was bad I said no because it was working just fine when had it but I seen the battery than said okay give me a new battery and it was fix look at the screen was working just fine come back the next day my old screen was back on battery was taken out said they couldn’t fix my phone but they call them self fix phone place so I got my refund I’m just done taken my phone here

Theres a fabulous bulous young man who works in their phone repair department. He was able to fix my dude phone free of charge by simply reconnecting a internal wire. He even found a way to not break the already cracked back glass when removing it to access the internals.

I had an obstruction in my phone charging port, which was preventing it from charging. They removed the debris quickly and at no charge. They had the batteries I needed and replaced the battery in my car key fob. Great service. 5/5 stars
