Had a cracked screen and half the screen went dark. Took to Batteries Plus for repair through assurant insurance. They replaced the screen in less than 2 hours by appointment. They asked for my pin on the phone and because I would not provide it, they would not warranty their work. I said I can unlock it for them if they need to run anything in my presence.
