Well here's another really crappy review because nobody wanted to be helpful I mean like at all so I went in to replace watch batteries and I took 12 watches in and then I got absolutely throttled because they didn't want to touch any of the watches that were over $100 in value which they actually all were so I had to wait almost a half an hour for them to put batteries in four watches that's all they would do and then they charged me almost $80 to do it explain to them these are Christmas gifts and they really need batterie... read more

My wife's screen on her phone was cracked, so we called these guys in order to have repairs done on the screen. They (batteries plus) had said that they only service Samsung models. So we had no other choice but to go to Cellas or because they deal with all models. They were the only option in the valley mall.

Id give them 0 Stars! But they broke my phone while I was wanting a replacement of my screen! Never come here! Christian is the only one who has Customer service! Not even Thad the the owner was responding or respectful! Not even willing to communicate or hear my complaint of the more damage they did to my phone! Lori is very rude and doesn’t not like to even bother to care or communicate!
