My husband was having issues with his speaker on his IPHONE. He walked in had the phone working in less than 10 minutes. It just needed the speaker cleaned. He didn’t charge him for this fabulous service. We definitely will come back if necessary for any future needs.
I stopped out at your Ankeny store after having a very trying experience at the Altoona Verizon store where both people working there had no clue how to fix my phone. They are extremely helpful & are very knowledgeable when it came to repairing my I-phone last week. I received immediate service, a new glass screen on my device plus pricing lower than the competition.
The guy that works here, I believe his name is Jay, fixed my phone on a Friday evening in about 2 minutes and I was on my way. Super nice guy and great service, would recommend.
