Fui por una garantia de reparacion de un tlf y la experiencia fue horrible. Cuando le pregunté por mi apolment para reparar el teléfono me dijo que él no tenía registrado ninguna cita para reparar el teléfono. Yo le dije que iba a llamar a la aseguradora y él me dijo okay. Cuando llamo al aseguradora, la aseguradora dice que la tienda le dijo que yo cancelé el apointmen siendo mentira y él me vio que estaba yo parado afuera. This place is all over the place with scheduling for smartphone repair. From what I got from another employee the manager is a joke and another employee makes his on schedule...you set a date online wich is part of the process just to get up there and here the manager is on vacation and the other phone tech guy makes his own schedule...sounds like a GM needs to keep an eye on this place
