I brought my phone in because it was facing a number of issues. I was told that the phone was fixed. When I got the phone home and tested the issues, none were fixed. I brought the phone back in again. They said they would try another part swap. Upon opening my phone, they claim they discovered motherboard level damage in the phone. This damage could only have occurred when the phone was opened up for the repair process. Horrible experience two weeks later we had a hot day out. My phone temp showed it was overheating. It went and stayed that way for three days straight. I brought it in to AppleCare. AppleCare told me that this company is not Apple certified. Now I’m stuck with a $500 bill for a part inside my phone, Even though these guys had a 90 day warranty, they should be replacing my phone. Had to get my phone screen repaired. They quoted me a better price than anyone else I called in the area and they were able to fix it promptly. Once I got my phone back it was good as new! Could not reccomend enough. Also, everyone who works in this store is friendly and super helpful. While I was there I got my car key fob battery replaced and I had them put a screen protector on another phone. All was done super quickly and at a reasonable price. They do a lot of other stuff too.
