Horrible experience two weeks later we had a hot day out. My phone temp showed it was overheating. It went and stayed that way for three days straight. I brought it in to AppleCare. AppleCare told me that this company is not Apple certified. Now I’m stuck with a $500 bill for a part inside my phone, Even though these guys had a 90 day warranty, they should be replacing my phone. Had to get my phone screen repaired. They quoted me a better price than anyone else I called in the area and they were able to fix it promptly. Once I got my phone back it was good as new! Could not reccomend enough. Also, everyone who works in this store is friendly and super helpful. While I was there I got my car key fob battery replaced and I had them put a screen protector on another phone. All was done super quickly and at a reasonable price. They do a lot of other stuff too. I was having a cell phone emergency; the battery wouldn’t charge etc. Kaili replaced the battery asap and ordered a new port. She recommended a cordless charger in the meantime. So appreciative of her knowledge and speedy response!!
