Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering all of my questions about my Samsung Galaxy phone battery installation! The installation did take much longer than the estimated time I was given when I first called to order the battery, but I exercised patience, despite being very late for an event. The only regret I have is that I was offered no receipt for this work, which I would have liked to have on file, but I forgot to ask for at checkout. Seth was fantastic! Since I'm a novice when it come to batteries, he was very patient with me during our phone call to try to determine the correct battery we needed for our generator and he nailed it! We stopped in today to pick up the battery and Seth continued his patience and friendliness. Felt like family!!! Also to find out it was only his third day of working at BatteryPlus!!!
