Overall experience was terrible. I went in to get a iPhone 8 screen repair and ended up with a broken phone. I was told “something’s up with your phone” and given the option to pay for the screen repair and take a broken phone or have the old one put back on and not have to pay. The phone got locked and the battery wouldn’t charge so I took the phone got it unlocked but couldn’t get it to charge. Chris is the best guy ever, i came in 30 minutes before close with my phone that had the charger broken off into it. Took him less than 30 seconds to repair it, AND HE DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME!! 10/10 efficient service, i will be coming back here for all of my electronic repairs.
