Amazing service. Easy to get my key fobs cut. Associates are knowledgeable and extemely helpful. Store is clean and organized. Will be coming back for all my battery plus needs
This store in Lancaster is incredible. Jackson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and an amazing employee. Helped me resolve my cell phone issues with the port and battery that I can get a few more years of mileage out of my phone. Excellent store employee, excellent customer service. Kevin
Jackson was phenomenal! I came in for a rare battery and noticed a car fob programming sign. Jackson answered all of my questions about getting a second key fob, and now I feel encouraged to come back for any battery needs I may have!
Took it in for a screen fix and it took them half an hour to open it and find out that the cable had come unstuck. Then over the next week the screen would green out randomly. Took it back in and they said it would take over an hour and a half to do a thorough check of the phone and this time they asked for how to open the phone screen. Not sure I'll ever use these guys again and I'll be definitely checking my phone for any compromised data.
Excellent service. My son (26)smh,lol,always dropping his phone and it finally was done for. Thats what we thought so instead of buying a new he thought maybe fix it then looked places up and found this place to be cheaper n better service so got it fixed here for under $100. Very satisfied. Thanks guys from a happy mom.
