Excellent experience. I just stopped in because my Samsung phone charging dock kept losing the cord connection. Instead of upselling me to replace it, he cleaned it for me. Works great! Honest and friendly. I now have a phone repair place!
This place is the absolute BEST! I cracked my screen on my Galaxy s23 Ultra and they had the OEM screen in stock. The customer service was next level. Steve and Sydney were so lovely to work with from initial phone call to dropping off my phone to pick up and even afterwards when I called back. My repair was performed at an expert level and completed in about an hour. Having to drop off your phone is a crazy hassle, and these folks made it as easy as possible.
