My phone screen was cracked & screen was messed up. Filed a claim with Assurant through Spectrum Mobile. Scheduled appointment for today (08/10/25) at 1 PM. Arrived a little before 1; tech was working on another phone, then was going to lunch. When he returned, he would start working on My phone. Left once; finished 1st phone & was at lunch. Left & returned again; back & working on my phone. Stayed until he finished & signed paperwork again. Screen fixed perfectly & all other phone functions & apps working! Had to turn phone... read more
