Professional, friendly, reasonably priced and very attentive, including post-service! I went to We Fix BCR because my laptop screen was cracked, and they promptly ordered a new one to replace it. However, later at home I noticed a number of dead pixels on my new screen, and went back to ask what could be done about it. This turned out to be a manufacturing fault, and Dave ordered another screen to do another replacement, completely free of charge, returning the faulty screen to the manufacturer. David @ we fix has been my go too for years. Used him back in the day to repair consoles now I stop by with the odd phone issue etc as they arise. He's very knowledgeable in the field and is very fair with pricing for his services. I moved away from the area many years ago but still only use this shop!
Popped in on off chance. Phone fixed within 40 mins, good price, great service Definitely recommend
Charging port wasn't working on Samsung. David ordered the new part & fitted it. We'd definitely return if any problems in future. 2nd time going back to shop. Locked myself out of phone. Fixed within half an hour. Very friendly polite & professional. Thank you Lauren & David. 😊
