What can I say? I was a grumpy, cynical and suspicious pensioner with a broken iPhone XR screen. Having rung and inquired about price of replacement, I arrived at the store next day and was absolutely over the moon with service, friendliness and speed at which the phone was repaired. In 45 mins it was like new with free screen protector and I purchased a new case which was very reasonably priced. So pleased, I shook hands and almost skipped back to the car! Amazing customer service, very helpful and friendly, I recommend other people to fix their phone in their shop. I arrived when they are almost closing, yet they attended to me.
Excellent service once again from these guys. Less than an hour to replace a broken screen once they had the spare (a couple of days to order). Friendly and efficient. Highly recommended. Incidentally they have a new hi-tech bit of kit that will print out a new hydrogel film screen protector for any phone in a matter of seconds - quicker than Amazon!
Fixed my old iphone screen really quick. Really nice friendly people and totally transparent about the repair, they repaired within the hour which allowed me to regain access to my banking. I am really thankful, this is my new go to shop for any repairs good parking too!
