Great service at the Llandudno town branch from Steve as always - great place to get your bike serviced and great coffee from providero next door !
Absolutely 1st class service. Went to view 2 options of mountain bike was met and greeted by friendly and curtious staff member I was able to view without pressure enjoyed a coffee at the cafe whilst making my decision. Chose my options of delivery date and extras again no pressure no hard sell . Upon collection everything was ready all staff were helpful from the owners to the counter staff to the mechanics. Highly recommended
best shop in town really helpfull guy called Steve really helpfully and nice guy to talk to for adive with Bike would defo recomond bike shop to any one for repairs or for buying bikes thanks for Help all the best
I’m bike touring from Liverpool to Bristol. My derailleur was acting up and Terry from the shop set me straight in less than 5 minutes, I was “on the road again.” Highly recommended.
Came to store to have a look at a bike that I’m interested in, only got lg and medium but managed to order small. Very helpful offering me a cup of tea to do finance. But due to fiancé beaten the bullet and paid in full once the bike arrives and gave me 10% discount. Looking forward to receiving my brand new Cannondale hopefully next week or so.
