Flo Ward was supposed to restore my great-grandfather's valet trunk and opted instead to not return it to me after taking $800 from me. So now there's legal stuff in the works. She sent me on a wild goose chase to Denver and then to Lincolnton to supposedly meet me to give it back to me. She has yet to do so. I don't know if she hasn't finished it or if she sold it or what. Do not ever deal with her or the company that she is now pretty much closed. She's a thief and a coward.
This review is on behalf of my mother who contracted Flo and her services to make a bench out of leather from barstools that my mom already owned. My mom sent payments to Flo in February with an estimated turn around time of 8-10 weeks. Flo has been RADIO SILENT and here we are in September. Flo has the barstools which themselves were $5,500 before tax and she has around $2k of payments from my mom.
