absolutely not. the drivers are awful. exceeding the speed limit on the expressway. making quick moves and the people inside being jerked around. the drive cut us off on 390 in Rochester NY. I called to complain and I received no call back. I have pictures of the vehicle with the DOT # I guess I will be making a formal complaint with the authorities. I DO NOT recommend this company. Two of their vehicles sat outside of my house for almost 5 hours running. (as of this post they are still there). When they first parked I was outside and I asked what they were doing. Not confrontational, just friendly. They were waiting on a wedding. I surmised maybe 1/4 mile away at most. So now it’s late. I went outside to see if maybe they would move down the street a few hundred feet where there were no houses. Response... what’s wrong with right here. Well your vehicles are loud. That didn’t work. My disabled daughter has been taking this companies service since South east Works ? People Inc. contracted with them and had NOTHING but trouble from day One. Now the driver is any where from 30 to 45 minutes late picking her up daily. I asked the driver who his supervisor is and who hired him and he said " I DON'T KNOW ". When you call the 898-7900 all you get is an automated system . NO HUMAN to help.
