Witnessed one of their drivers throw trash out the window. He was smoking in the vehicle and was incredibly dangerous while driving- went through a red light. I would never want my family in their care.

Would not want my loved ones in the care of the driver I just encountered. He threw trash out the window of the dark gray van with the name in white letters. Then as I pulled up next to him at the stop light and gave him the "Why did you do that?" look, he flicked a cigarette butt at my car and gave a hand gesture as if to say, "What are you going to do about it?" Many people I work with count on We Care for transportation to and from medical and mental health appts. Most prefer not to have to use this type of transportation, but few have had a negative experience and overall drivers have been considerate and accommodating. As clients get to know the drivers, I notice drivers anticipating their needs, helping them get in and out of buildings, etc. This becomes another positive social interaction that so many need.
