I used this service to transport my dad from West Palm Beach to Orlando. He was comfortable during the trip on the stretcher. Carmen and the driver were very profesional and caring during the trip and transferring my dad to the bed. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Thanks Pamela for assuring that my dad will be handle with care by the staff. Also good price comparing to other transport services. God bless you and your staff!

Was not able to ride with my loved one to appointment! Stated that there was a liability issue! Apparently the other companies don’t have this issue.

They were transporting my mother from Orlando health central to nursing home at 5pm Showed up at 8:45 pm and thought that was perfectly fine Oh, sorry we are a little late If you want un reliable service book with them
