I rode along with both Carmen and Ruthie while my mother, who uses a wheelchair, was transported from Legacy Pointe to medical appointments. Both were kind, professional, and excellent drivers. Carmen transported us to a downtown Orlando appointment during rush-hour traffic and remained calm and composed throughout. Ruthie drove my mother to a nearby appointment and was equally steady and attentive. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and compassionate service.

I used this service to transport my dad from West Palm Beach to Orlando. He was comfortable during the trip on the stretcher. Carmen and the driver were very profesional and caring during the trip and transferring my dad to the bed. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Thanks Pamela for assuring that my dad will be handle with care by the staff. Also good price comparing to other transport services. God bless you and your staff!

Was not able to ride with my loved one to appointment! Stated that there was a liability issue! Apparently the other companies don’t have this issue.
