Very poor owner. Employees never trained properly. Horrible food when food is available. Staff used to have to bring food in to food the residents. The laundry room is a fire hazard with the amount of unused beds, unused washer and dryers and overflow of bedding. Not a nice place for anyone to be.
If you love your adult needing care, you will not allow them to live here. Negative staff without empathy. Anywhere else would be better!
Hands down the worst facility I've seen!
Hands down the worst facility I've seen! Carpet smells like dog pee and she won't replace it! They need to be shut down. I'll be reporting her and her business! The owner is refusing to give me my checks which is illegal! Bugs everywhere absolutely disgusting. If you have a family member here definitely watch for spider bites as she doesn't do any preventative measures to repel bugs! Residents do not deserve to live this way whatsoever.
