Very kind and caring staff, they took care of us very well. I would recommend these folks again.
My mom was at Windsor House, her time there was brief, but It was where she needed to be and I am forever grateful. Pat is an absolute sweetheart and so kind, an Angel incarnate. I can’t thank her, the aids or the staff enough for taking my mom in and making her last days as comfortable as possible and allowing my mom and me to rekindle our relationship. Being her caretaker had taken a toll on us. I am thankful for Pat and Windsor House. Again, the time was brief, but highly recommend.
My mom was the first resident at Windsor House about 18 months ago. She calls it her home and says it is the very best place for her. Mom is 96 years old and is in good health for her age, she has round the clock care which gives our family peace of mind knowing she is safe. She eats well as a diabetic and the trained staff take extra care of her special needs. Whenever there is a medical issue they promptly address the problem. This adult care home is one of the BEST in DFW. I have worked with many & Windsor House is simply amazing. They treat their residents with such dignity & respect, as well as giving family members a piece of mind.
