It is a pleasure working with Donna and John--both are very responsive and very helpful in providing recommendations and solving the occasional issue. The few times we've had issues, Donna, John, Brooke, Chianne, and the WCP team have done their best to assist us in any way they could.
Spoke to Kelley this morning. He was very friendly and helpful. He referred me to the proper department and followed up with my request to ensure that my request was fulfilled.
