Would give them negative reviews if I could. Not all employees are rude, but a majority have been snippy and short with me,and would never go above what they had to. App and website are junk and the message portal is unreliable. If you try to call be prepared to listen to about 10 options before talking to a real person. And then prepare to hold. Great service
I've been using WCCU for over 13 years and I keep getting disappointed by what they offer to their customers. Online features and in person accessibility to your finances is not up to the level it could be. They also come off as not interested in helping families with loans. Do better
