We just love this credit union, We have had a money management account with them for years. We closed out our checking with a bank we banked with for almost 25 years and moved to WCCU. I'm so happy we did. We love that the west side location opened up in Reedsburg. It's super convenient. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Cancelled my card because it’s not used often enough, is a wild thing to do… I will definitely be looking into this more.
Refusing to show updated policies
The new wccu by the high school is a joke. After giving them my ID, they proceeded to question me with my address, my birthday, my ssc number, and had my pull up my online banking to give my micro number as if my ID wasn't in there hands. Asking for an account number is understandable, but the ssc, address, and birthday were a bit too much. Nothing has changed about my appearance to trigger that kind of reaction.
The staff are consistently helpful and professional. Never a long wait for a teller.
