Once again had to cancel my business card.. this time before it was even activated!! 2 weeks w out our business card. How can a card get charged before being activated? Losing faith fast as my other banks I have no problems with.
Everyone: If you bank here, you are a member/owner. Each year, there is a meeting of members you may attend. Sometimes, I get upset about some matter, but I remind myself that I am an owner.
Terrible credit union. You are better off going to a regular bank.
We just love this credit union, We have had a money management account with them for years. We closed out our checking with a bank we banked with for almost 25 years and moved to WCCU. I'm so happy we did. We love that the west side location opened up in Reedsburg. It's super convenient. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Cancelled my card because it’s not used often enough, is a wild thing to do… I will definitely be looking into this more.
