Gret place to do business. All staff very friendly and fun to chat with.
Stacy at Reedsburg West side needs some customer service training. I’m not sure why this lady has a job working with the public. She is very rude. She has an attitude every time we come in. She makes snide remarks and is downright rude to not only the customers but to other staff. I feel for the workers that have to be with her all day. Once again had to cancel my business card.. this time before it was even activated!! 2 weeks w out our business card. How can a card get charged before being activated? Losing faith fast as my other banks I have no problems with.
