Would never recommend them. Been banking there for over 9 years and they are still the worst option for loan rates of any kind. Also wouldn’t let us open an account for our daughter who just turned 14, because she needed to be present, yet they said we needed to be there before 3 to set it up, well sorry she’s in school and not a valid reason to pull her out early. Worst bank ever
WCCU has destroyed our credit because they wrongfully submitted a "Delinquent Report" to the credit reporting agencies on an account with a Zero Balance on a Construction loan, just days after we signed for the loan in October of 2021. We did not know this until we seen our FICO score on a credit card in January of 2022 and this is when we tried making calls to WCCU.
