Jennifer has helped to unfurl messes created by my ex and his uneducated tax preparers. She is knowledgeable and if she is unsure of an answer, she doesn't hesitate to dig to get the answers you need.
This guy is a hack. We asked him how much extra we needed to withdraw from our check in order not to owe, and he neglected to tell us that we lost a huge chunk of the Child Tax Credit in 2019 and we ended up owning again. Dont use them they are incompetent. If I could rate zero stars I would.
