Had a major problem with my DISH accounts, Melody went more than the EXTRA MILE to fix this situation, it took us over 90 minutes with DISH Network on the phone with us,this even ran into her LUNCH hour .I highly recommend MELODY at Washington County Bank or WCB, their the BEST, thanks again MELODY!!!
Extremely unaccommodating. My husband was putting the baby to sleep so I called to get some clarification on a check being sent my way after closing my husbands account. I went into the baby room and asked him if he could say that they could speak to me, and they still refused to speak to me and would only speak to him. I understand there are policies to be held, but if the account holder has said, specifically that I can have information I feel like that’s suitable and they shouldn’t be so demanding of only speaking to that... read more
